Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stock a range of products in our Cemaes Bay and Llangefni
stores. To maintain availability across our stores and online shop,
additional items are regularly produced to replenish stock and fulfil
customer orders. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for delivery where an item needs to be produced before dispatch.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number and photographs of the issue where possible.
Once the fault has been confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.
Exchanges
If you require a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Items being exchanged must:
- Be returned in their original condition.
- Be unworn and unwashed.
- Have all tags attached where applicable.
Free In-Store Exchanges
Exchanges can be made free of charge at either our Cemaes Bay or Llangefni store.
Please contact us before hand to ensure we have what you want in stock.
Postal Exchanges
For exchanges made by post:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item.
- The customer is responsible for the postage cost of sending the replacement item.
- Payment for replacement postage and the incorrect item must be received before the exchanged item is dispatched.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost during transit.
